Developing the capacity to pause before reacting, to Interrupt the pattern without collapsing.

Insight
Reclaiming access to your internal guidance system. Discern intuition from fear or self-indulgeance.
PHASE 4
Response-Able Choice
Acting without conditioning. Translating coherence into real choices, under real pressure.
